OTIIMA systems

OTIIMA Plus

OTIIMA Plus represents a modernized version of traditional minimalist frame systems. Through many years of experience and acquired knowledge, an advanced version of the recessed frame was created that ensures outstanding performance and aesthetic consistency throughout the entire window.

System description

The system combines all the advantages and flexibility of classic solutions, and builds on it. Instead of runners that are recessed 3/8" (10 mm) below the finished surface of the floor, as is the case with the 54 Classic, the Plus features straight top and bottom runners.

Execution
This system has been repeatedly recognized and awarded for its design, thanks to its superior performance in air permeability and water resistance. In addition to impressive aesthetic characteristics, OTIIMA PLUS stands out for its exceptional stability and superior resistance to wind and air leakage.

Fixed windows, multi-panel systems and sliding windows and doors (with pocket and corner opening options) are available. All sliding doors can be equipped with an automation system.

OTIIMA Drain

OTIIMA Drain represents a system in which the superior design of extremely thin lines is connected with high functionality. The flexibility and adaptability of the Classic model is enriched by a cleverly designed hidden threshold.

System description

A removable finish floor provides easy access for later maintenance. OTIIMA's hidden threshold is distinguished by the fact that each rail uses only one slot. This unique combination creates an optimal frameless glass solution, ideal for modern villas and striking architectural tall buildings.

Execution
The system is fully integrated into the finishing materials, with built-in drainage channels that can efficiently drain large amounts of rainwater, even in conditions of intense rainfall. Outstanding results in waterproofing tests, with classification E1650 (seven levels above class 9A), according to EN 12208 standard, make it exceptional.

Configuration
Configuration options include fixed windows, multi-panel systems and sliding windows and doors (including pocket and corner openings). A door automation system is available for all our sliding models.

OTIIMA Fusion 1.0

OTIIMA Fusion 1.0 is a system that is fully integrated into the architectural and finishing materials, providing hidden frames for the top, sill and sides.

System description

Fusion delivers a unique design with a completely redesigned minimalist frame, creating the illusion of "floating" glass door panels within architectural finishes.

Execution
The system offers exceptional thermal and structural characteristics. FUSION 1.0 has an integrated channel that allows efficient drainage of large amounts of rainwater even in the most demanding conditions, achieving top results in impermeability tests, with classification E1650 (seven levels above class 9A), according to EN 12208 and ISO EN 1027 standards.

Configurations such as fixed windows, multi-panel and sliding windows/doors are available, including options for pocket and corner openings. All our sliding models can be equipped with an automation system.

The rim profiles in the OTIIMA Open system are reinforced with bonding polyamides to improve thermal insulation, while tempered double and triple glazing ensures superior thermal performance.

OTIIMA Pivot

The OTIIMA Pivot system brings impressive design and modern style to any space.

System description

Invisible motors are located inside the pivot hinges at the top and bottom of the door, allowing the door to easily rotate around a vertical axis. The combination of functionality and aesthetics is perfect: pivot doors with hands-free automatic opening are suitable for a wide range of settings, both indoor and outdoor, without limits. Safety is further enhanced by the automatic closing function, which gently and elegantly returns the door to the closed position after opening.

Execution
OTIIMA Pivot enables clients to choose more types of functional doors. It is often used as an entrance door or as an entire door wall. Different variants of laminated glass are available, ideal for noise reduction or improved impact resistance.

Configuration
Configurations include single and multi-panel doors, with inward or outward opening, which can be manually or automatically operated. Each type of door can be combined with fixed windows or window walls for application on facades.

The OTIIMA Classic with a modern twist represents one of the brand's first releases, bringing a system that combines functionality and sophistication in frame design.

With a vertical joint only 20 mm thick, it enables large glass surfaces with outstanding water tightness, breathability, wind resistance and superior thermal insulation characteristics.

The system uses tempered glass that provides exceptional resistance on large surfaces. A sliding system with stainless steel bearings ensures smooth and effortless manual opening.

Configuration
Available options include fixed windows, multi-panel and sliding door/window systems (with pocket and corner opening), guillotine systems (with panels that rise and fall) and skylights. All our sliding models can be equipped with a door automation system.

Series 16
With 16 mm thick profiles, it is possible to achieve top quality glass with guaranteed results. Increased safety (glasses resistant to injury) and noise reduction. Vertical profiles of 20 mm provide excellent sound insulation or, in external applications, excellent permeability of water and air. The innovative sliding system with vertical bearings enables simple and easy manual opening.
