ALU continuous facade

A wide range of profiles enables the selection of the most acceptable sections required by the statics and dynamics of the project. In addition to classic windows, a structural window can be installed in the continuous facade. It is characteristic of this type of facade that the end masks are visible. Thermal conductivity of the network structure of the facade: from 0,8 to 2,4 W/m2K depending on the glazing and dimensions

Profile geometry
Visible profile width 50mm.
Vertical, bearing profiles are 50 to 200 mm deep.
Vertical supporting profiles for angles from 10 to 45 degrees are 85 to 200 mm deep.
Horizontal profiles have a depth of 6 to 180 mm.
Horizontal profiles, depths from 84 to 149 mm.
The horizontal and vertical profiles are "multi-chambered" and can drain the structure in three planes, which is achieved by overlapping the profiles.

At the contact of the horizontal and vertical supports, insert dilatation sponge rubbers, no narrower than 3 mm, which will ensure smooth dilatations. profile due to temperature changes, and do not cross their visual limit. Drain the water from the primary channels with PVC elements in the zone between the glasses through a vulcanized element at the bottom of which there is an opening for water drainage. At the top of the profile, place an EPDM cap that prevents soiling and possible clogging of the primary drainage, i.e. it can lead to a capillary effect, which prevents the smooth flow of water.

Covering caps are of different shapes and dimensions with a visible width of 50mm. A rectangular "cap" made of stainless steel or aluminum can also be used. The construction of the cap can be such that it is both pressure and covering, in which case the tightening screw is visible from the outside.

It is possible to install all types of windows in the facade. At the same time, the facade allows hidden installation of electricity. installation necessary to power possible automation systems on the specified series of windows.

Aluminum - filling and finishing
Rims are usually 1200-1500 mm wide
It is usually 0,8 – 4 mm thick
Bent edges give rigidity
The same anodizing process gives a different shade than extrusion

1. the most visible material on the facade
Physical properties (thermal and acoustic): insulating, normal, hardened, thermal
Safety - laminated
Construction - vertical or oblique (horizontal)

Gaskets
They prevent the appearance of noises during expansion
Division into: most often EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) and silicone

2. wet installed seals
Sealing silicone – stable to UV rays, waterproof, air-tight, great deformability
Structural silicone - stable to UV rays, waterproof, air-tight, reduced deformability, high strength
