Spyder facade

No items found.

Pointed facades (spyder) were created for the most demanding facades that are ready to use the maximum transparency of glass, and connect light and protect the space.

Spyder facades are characteristic due to the way the glass is connected to the load-bearing structure of the building.

Glass, single or IZO, is connected to the structure with special INOX holders, which fix the glass in four, six or more points, with some points being fixed and some sliding due to expansion of the material during temperature changes. The assembly is done without additional horizontal or vertical profiles on the outer part of the facade (IZO glass is joined to each other at the edges with special sealants to ensure continuous heat transfer), so that the facade looks like a glass mantle from the outside.

Technical characteristics:
Cross supports made of stainless steel or stainless steel
Round bracket made of stainless steel or stainless steel glass material with ground edges
Glasses in different colors or pasted with stickers silicone glue for joints between glasses (10-15mm)

Glass assembly:
The glass is attached to stainless steel supports, which are fixed to the existing load-bearing structure of the building.

TESTS OF THE SPIDER FACADE IN THE "IGH" LABORATORY
Detailed tests of the spider facade (stainless steel clips and glass) due to certification documentation and evidence of the entire system assembly.
