Ventilated stone facade

The ventilated stone facade is made according to Fischer's A|C|T system (Advanced Curtain wall Technique).

The stone is suspended using a special FZP dowel on which the aluminum support is attached, and as such the stone is ready to be hung on the aluminum substructure. The dowel is driven into the stone from the back using a Fischer driving machine. This method of suspension makes the substructure of the stone facade invisible to the human eye, that is, only visible stone remains.

Technical description:
Horizontal and vertical aluminum substructure
Stone with built-in fischer dowels + brackets

Installation of stone:
The stone is mounted on an aluminum substructure so that it is suspended on four supports embedded in the stone, of which the upper two are load-bearing, and the lower two support the plane

In addition to technical and financial advantages, the ACT System also provides a particularly extensive space for architectural design. For example, ACT allows the use of 20 mm thick natural stone slabs and 6 mm thick ESG and TVG glass, without anchor positioning anywhere on the back of the slab and easy replacement of all or individual slabs. Even exposed panels can be attached with ease and in many different ways.
