Performance of the ventilated facade from MAXCompact NT panels, 6 mm thick, refined on both sides, on a typical aluminum substructure. Total thickness of the facade approx. 18 cm (approx. 12 cm thermal insulation + 3-5 cm air layer + 0.6 cm MAXcompact lining).
MAXCompact NT panels made on the basis of high-pressure pressed laminate, 6 mm thick, in tone and color according to the designer's choice. The middle of the board is made of high-quality cellulose papers enriched with phenolic resins. External and internal decorative layer protected by acrylic resins with special NT technology, which with its diamond structure protects panels from UV rays.
The panels are fixed to the corresponding substructure with an invisible joint - by gluing Sika Tack Panel PU glue according to the MTK - v - 100 system or by riveting with aluminum rivets. The panels are mounted using a system of open horizontal and vertical joints, width min. 6 mm, and max. 10 mm.
The edges of all panels are finely ground and faceted, all edge joints are joined with a "gerung" joint. Substructure made of anti-corrosive material-aluminum, according to the Max-Eurofox MTK – v – 100 system, which enables the panels to be moved for air space.
